Ok so I have a question for everyone. I am looking to get family portraits taken but am not sure where to go. I have heard both good and bad about JC Penny and I know nothing about Sears or Walmart. Are there any other places? and Where would you go? What are you experiences?
I am also reading this book called the The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield. It is really interesting and really makes you think about your life, present, past, and future. I am about 2/3 of the way done so I will fill you in on what I think when I am finished.

Gunnar is 6 months old today and I can't believe it. Yesterday we went to the zoo to celebrate fathers day and Gun's 6 month birthday and he had a blast. He absolutely loved the cement sculptured animals and could care less about the real ones...except the sloth...for some reason he loved the sloth. At the gift shop after we were done walking through the zoo we bought Gun this tiger hat made of foam and I took some pictures of him in it when we got home...I laughed for about twenty minutes when I saw him in it. The first picture is just as we walked into the zoo where the animals are. I laughed when I saw it because it made me wonder what he was thinking. Probably..."I don't know about this place..." Here are some of my favorite pics...there are a lot so here we go.

Five reasons why motherhood opens your eyes, surprises you, scares you and makes you complete.

1. Sitting on the kitchen floor for 20 minutes barking like a dog at your son sitting in his walker because he laughs hysterically at you.

2. Waking up ever 5 minutes during the night to make sure he is still breathing because he has been stuffed up lately.

3. Realizing what IMPORTANT really means...and what things in life really are IMPORTANT.

4. When you whisper "I love you" to him when you drop him off at the babysitters in the morning and while he is still asleep he smiles and reaches for you.

5. Jumping up and down and kneeling on the floor in front of him while he holds his stomach off the floor for the first time, or while he rocks forward for the first time and looks at you like, "I am coming mom!"

Here are some pictures to share. He is sitting up almost by himself. We use the bobpy to help support but he doesn't need it much...but it is sure fun to lay on. Isn't he funny.
