Hey guys! I was reading this blog called Live Brightly (http://www.livebrightyly.typepad.com/) by Meghan Dymock (one of the Dare girls...www.efferdares.com) and if you get a chance to check it out you should. She took the cutest pictures of one of her friends daughter. That baby is so dang cute and the pictures are so awesome...it really is inspiring.




My sister called me and pointed out that I did not explain that the tag I designed was part of a "Get to know you" tag swap for my CW design team. Thus the theme was about me and so I chose to just list a bunch of stuff that I loved. The list goes something like this:

It was just a little project that I tried to push my own limits with and go in a direction that I am not used to going. I am proud of the results and feel like it turned out well. Now I just have to wait and see what the other girls came up with.

Well...I am finally finished with my tags. Only a bit late...but I think I can still make it in time. Here is a few pictures of them. I got this great bird stamp at Joann's...I also got the clips there. The style I did the tags in is a bit more funky then I usually do and I absolutely love it!

I was really excited with the way the wash on the words turned out and the base painting I did on the blue tag covering. I also dug through my stash of paper to find something to use that would got with the colors that I had chosen. I found this great paper by Luxe Designs. I love the very graphic patterns and the bright contrasting colors.

Now I just need to go and mail the tags off! I hope I can make it in time and that it will be okay that I mailed them a little late.

I also got home last night and in my mailbox there was a package for me from Rusty Pickle. It was my { RAK }! It finally arrived! They sent me a few pieces of paper from a few different lines and some also stickers. It really is a great RAK.

They sent me most of the Guinevere Line...which I {AbSOlutEly} love! I can't wait to sit down and actually scrap with it.

Just wanted to drop in and say hello to everyone! I have been so busy this last week not to mention very sore! I am part of a city league volleyball team and we have played three times this week. We usually only play once a week for about two hours. {ThREe} times this week has really shown me how old I am actually getting. Anyway...I am also busy designing these tags for my design team. We are doing a tag swap...which is a really good idea...and I am excited to see what the other girls come up with. I have got to send them out tomorrow so I have got some work to do tonight. Well...I gotta jet! I will post pictures of the tag soon!
